Ron Allen
As a Principal of NDC Commercial Real Estate, President & Owner of NDC Construction Company and CEO of NDC Asset Management, Ron brings over 37 years of real estate, construction, and development experience to NDC Commercial Real Estate.
Ron understands the relationships that must exist through all stages of any project to ensure that the clients, partners, agencies, and community expectations are met or exceeded.
Ron also proudly models strong community involvement throughout his company and to all NDC’s staff. Over the past “30-Something” years, Ron has served on over 20 boards and innumerous local committees. NDC is known as a strong community partner and supports numerous community organizations and nonprofit organizations around the area.
Christian Oberlin
Christian Oberlin is a local commercial real estate professional, known for his disciplined, results-driven approach and commitment to client success.
A Bradenton native, Christian brings deep local market knowledge and has owned and operated multiple businesses in the area, giving him a strong understanding of the needs of business owners and investors. His diverse background allows him to provide strategic, solutions-oriented guidance across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to real estate, Christian served in the United States military as an aviation electrician, including deployment in support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He applies the same work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure to every client relationship.

Gavin Oberlin
Gavin Oberlin began his commercial real estate career in late 2020, bringing a strong foundation in business and a passion for the industry. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in 2019 with a degree in Sports Management and Business Law.
A Bradenton native, Gavin leverages his deep local market knowledge to effectively guide clients through a wide range of commercial real estate needs. He specializes in industrial properties throughout the state of Florida, working with both established investors and those entering the market for the first time.
With a strong focus on the industrial sector, Gavin is known for his ability to connect clients with the right opportunities—whether expanding an existing portfolio or identifying strategic new acquisitions. His market insight, responsiveness, and client-first approach allows him to successfully navigate transactions of all sizes.
